i forgot that when cameron comes home he takes over the entire house. he's been here for eight hours and i already feel like killing him. it's that sisterly love thing i guess. if i can just get him to turn off the soccer i may be able to deal with him.

i bought morrissey's latest album ringleader of the tormentors today. it was an impulse buy. i am so glad that i am an impulse shopper. this is, in my opinion, by far his best work yet. is there anyone on earth with a sweeter voice? no fucking way. the last time he was in oz i saw him live and... *sigh* captivating and beautiful are the only words that come to mind. i think the only person who surpassed the live morrissey experience was david bowie, and really no one can match bowie.

J and D are having a faux engagement party on friday. they're appealing the cancellation of D's visa and are trying to make it look like they have been engaged for months. they have a meeting with some person in immigration next week and they need some photos and god knows what to add to the authenticity. they are going to have a real engagement party with family in a few weeks so i don't buy the whole immigration story, i think it's just an excuse to have a booze-up and really when did we ever need an excuse?
